i hate adhd so much (vent)

my dad keeps telling me im immature and actually a 10 year old because of some thing he saw online that says people with adhd are younger mentally. like shut up please. like a year and a half ago my parents believed that technology made my adhd worse so they didnt let me use it which caused me to be constantly understimulated to the point i would cry on the floor unable to do anything or even move. and people are really out there saying adhd isnt that bad and ppl with it don't experience ableism?? like i get its usually not as bad compared to things like autism but i definetely have experienced ableism. and dont even get me started on all the kids with adhd suffering right now because their parents dont want to be "adderall zombies" as if not being as entergetic because you don't feel tortured when you're being calm anymore is a bad thing

I feel you on the younger thing since it's also with autism. But like what I don't get is: If I'm 'mature for my age' then how am I 'mentally 2 years younger'. Like? Which one is it, because if I'm mentally younger, but still mature. Then I'm acting my age?
