Lots of ways! You can put eye screws in the back of the pony, and string through the eyes to tie it on. Since this will put holes in the pony, don't do that if it's a very rare one. Otherwise, attach it with clear cord (one of the few things clear cord is good for) or fishing line, weaving through the beads and tying the knots on the inside. Use clear E6000 to seal the knots - -it has a lot of give and its rubbery texture will cushion your skin.

Personally, I’d recommend that after you finish the actual cuff part, getting fishing line and putting it through the beads you want to put her in, and then tying her on through there

it depends on what its made of. if its like hard plastic you cant put a needle through, I recommend tying it on-but if its hard to tie on just glue it on. but if its more soft and like a rubber duck, you can put a needle through it and attach it on like that. but it doesn't look rubber so..yeah.
