personally, id start with the head, then make the body seperately and attach them by stitching them together!!

if u dont know how to make these type of charms, lemme know! i may be able to provide a more in-depth description of how to do it!!

edit: as @/jUggAl0_pUppY said, stitching the eyes seperately would also be a very good idea.
as i havent personally made this charm, i'd probably go with what they said rather than what i said!!
