There is a few websites and programs you can upload photos to and it'll turn it into a peyote/multi-pattern. You'll have to adjust them because they are not 100% accurate though

When you press on a pattern (on this website) then usually it shows the numbers of the rows, so you can just follow the numbers, and it helps a lot for me, so this might help you!!
