hiii so i am currently styling a short blue wig that has a bob hair cut to make it look scene-ish:
and i already got a lot of stuff to kinda look scene (teasing, the bangs etc) but the bottom of the bob hair cut still shows and i was wondering what i could do to make it look more scene
