Here’s some ideas:

Tight fitting shirts with cute pictures

Blingy hair clips

Anything with cartoon characters on it

Arm warmers

Bright nail polish

Dark skinny jeans

i look at oldskool scene queens and kings 4 inspo, or fashion boards on pinterest. i use this board: https://pin.it/51tX9QJ

hair: tiaras, hair pins, and bows

clothes: layered patterns (animal print, stars, stripes, etc), band or graphic tees, colored skinny jeans, tights, shorts, tutus, etc

shoes: fat skate shoes (dc, osiris, etc), colorful heels, childrens flats

accessories: gauged ears (or fake gauges if you cant stretch them), party necklaces, rubber/silicone bracelets, some kandi is okay but it wasnt very popular back in like 2009-2013.

Lots of bright colors and kand! Tiaras and different patterns layered! (Like zebra and cheetah print!) Fluffy bright skirts and shirts with maybe childhood cartoons on them! spikey belts too! We mainly dress scene so we hope this is helpful!

my best reccomendation is to look at former scene queens and kings like lexi lush or even cameron ughhh. My biggest inspo for the longest time was amber katelyn beale aka ambrehhh is dead. She still has old youtube videos on her channel. Also listen to a bunch of scene music and take inspo from the music videos.
