fidget rings!!!!! i also have this weird egg shaped thing that like, sends small electric shocks through your palm? it's supposed to help with anxiety apparently but i just put it on a kinda strong setting and use it for fidget reasons idk if yr supposed to do that but it's my grandma's fault for buying it for me tbh
