advice for dressing scene / wearing kandi during winter?

ya boi has been cursed to live in minnesota where its cold nearly all the fucking time [its literally snowing as of me typing this] how would i dress scene or wear any sort of kandi ??

I live in the north eastern U.S. .and winters are nightmarish here, I understand your pain. As soon as October hits, I start wearing fleece lined tights under any pants I wear, and that usually helps at least a little depending on how much time I’m spending outside that day (I wear them in the house too because tbh I live in a lower middle class family and we can’t have the heat on all the time no matter how cold it gets). Also wearing tank tops/long underwear/long sleeved tshirts under basically anything helps.
hats!!!!! Hats are super super good for keeping warm, but depending on the hat they can be a little difficult to style

wear leggings/tights under jeans or long socks, arm warmers or gloves, thick and/or fluffy socks, undershirts, beanies, earmuffs or headphones (might keep your ears warm idk), style outfits with zip up jackets, thats rlly all ive got cus im in the south & it doesnt get that cold over here
