kandi pacifier thing

i need some help/advice on how to make one of those kandi pacifier necklace thing that you see in all the photos of scene kids from lke 2007-2009 or something. ive been wanting to make some for some of my pacifiers i use when i regress.

any and all advice is welcome!

plain pacifiers are on etsy for super cheap! i honestly think you could just attach the kandi to the little holes in the base, and use clips on each slide of a really long chain if you want it detachable
