rainbowsmileDoes anyone know how much it costs to send 1/2 single kandi bracelets to the US from the UK approx? Someone wants to buy from me but I generally don’t ship to the US under shipping price circumstances, but surely it couldn’t be a lot right?

@miketsniket: I’m not 100% sure, I mean I don’t work for the post office lol, but small letter is typically only for documents and super flat items. Every time I’ve been sending an actual object to the US, even just a flat keychain, it’s been large letter. And since the beads are already over the max thickness, once you add an envelope it will be over. I suppose there’s a chance you might get lucky if you use a non padded envelope and your beads are slightly smaller than they’re supposed to be, but it’s risky to assume that will work

@miketsniket: regular (small) letter size has a max thickness of 5mm. Regular-sized pony beads are 6x9mm, so they’re definitely too big for that. It would have to be large letter. You can do economy large letter for £3.00 if you don’t mind it being super slow (42 days aim).

@Crumpet: They’re just two plain single charms so they’re pretty small, do you think they could pass for a small letter with minimal packaging? I just hate charging people so much shipping

Depends how you package them and how big they are (like if they have chunky charms or not). If you put them in a bubble envelope I think it would most likely be a large letter weighing under 100g which costs £4.20 for standard, but you should check the Royal Mail price finder to be sure: https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder

I recently sent some large letters from the UK to the US and the price finder was correct.
