in my opinion i’m not 100% sure i’m straight but i have an idea ! if you have the courage to go tell her go for it, but if ur confident then go for it but if she doesn’t support you about it then she’s not a true friend and definitely doesn’t deserve a friend like you who is very sweet and intelligent!!

I wouldn’t even talk to them if I were you tbh (but I did have a best friend who was kinda like that but not *actively* homo/transphobic so I kinda get it

You never have to. Only if you feel comfortable doing so. Maybe see how the person acts by showing or saying someone at shcool or something is trans? [DONT GIVE A NAME, SO THEY FONT GET TARGETED!!] idk, I’m not gud at givin advice

if there's a reason why you're closeted (i.e. you'd be unsafe if certain people found out) then don't tell them. if they're against it in any way, i doubt they'd care about outing you. this doesn't sound like something that'd end well

Come out to them, and if they don't like you for who you really are, then they don't deserve you as a friend, because you are more supportive and understanding than them. (At least, that's the mindset and idea I would have) also if they are homophobic and transphobic because they don't know much about it, then help them learn more about it, and see if their opinion on it changes. I hope this helps
