How to incorporate feathers into kandi?

Hi, so there is this huge pile of assorted feathers 62642730a91ab_piyo.gif that I've collected from outside, mostly peasant wing feathers but also a couple dove feathers. Kinda want to make something out of them but dunno what, is there any way they could be used in a kandi project or something, maybe? (They're abt the length of my hand and dark brown/tan striped if that helps)

@Agarest: oh yeah! Those are fantastic ideas, thank you!! The feather shafts don't have enough integrity to put a needle through them i think, but maybe i could wrap them in wire and add a loop to the end and see if that works

idk if they’re thick enough to put a needle through, but you could tie them on that way. You could also make a bird mask like those animal masks some people make with the fur on the sides but instead of fur it’s feathers
