so like

our arms are like sore asf ( we idnt do anything for that to happen)

we cant lift our arms for more than a few seconds before they get shakey and start hurting nd just fall-

dont know whats going on but if someone can help or if someone knows wtf is happening feel free to share ^__^ /nf

no bcuz the same thing is happening to me, my legs r sore asf & idek know why i havent done anything for them to be sore. but everytime im walking i feel like imma collapse with like 2 minutes
