How to know if you're therian?

So currently I identify as pupgender and am a puppy regressor (coping sfw not a k!nk)

I feel very connected to golden retrievers and a lot of the time I feel as if I am one. The thing is, I don't have species dysphoria. Like I'm fine looking like a human. So long as I act/am treated like a dog idrc...

soooo- yeah. help ;w;

let me explain what a therian is and how to help and just bacically info dump lol

Therians are people who feel non human a lot or sometimes, or oeople who feel verry conected to animals or beleave they were an animal in a past life(s). Some therians are able to get dreams (vissions) of how they were when they were an animal (past life wise) or how they died.

for me in a past life i was a police dog and when i got older i was retired and went to go live with a family that was falling apart and was left out in the cold to freze to death.

some therians fee things called phantom limbs like ears wings tails ect not all therians feel this tho

some therians have mental shifts where they go into an "animal" like state of mind if they are in a familiar involvement or when they feel in danger or to stressed some therians never feel shifts

some therians practice a sport called quadrobics to feel more "animal" it is a hell of a lot harder than it looks lmao

people can NOT chose if they are a therian and they can NOT chose their therio types

i have a few theiriotypes

sylver fox, german shepard ,forest cat and some kind of wild dog

otherkin are like therian but with mithical creatures (Otherkin and other hearted are like the same thing)

another thing is "Spices dysphoria" (If i spent that right) its like body dysphoria but with spicies (NOT ALL THERIANS FEEL THIS)

Hiya! Fellow therian here.

Not all therians have species dysphoria. I for one have species dysphoria sometimes though, Just depends on who you are!

The short version term of a therian, is identifying as an Animal. Either spiritually or psychologically.

You should check out TG (therian guide). They are really helpful and have a bunch of info about therians.

You might be kith / hearted (ex, me being a wolfkith.) That means you relate deeply to an animal you do not identify as one though. \
