how to explain perler patterns in words ?

hi so if u don’t know thus already we are not often online after 3:30 and we kind of have to write down peelers we like or just try our best to remember. what would be a a good way to write them down?

drawing them out on grid paper is a great option! you could either put the color names inside the boxes, or just use colored pencils to symbolize the colors.

ah, i have a similar problem. usually i download the patterns and put them onto one of the preset ibs paint x canvas sizes, i forgot which one though, whichever one looks the size of printer paper.

now, im not sure if you have access to a printer or not, if not, you could trace the spots with markers over the screen, if that makes any sense

i’m not really sure how you would be able to explain them, but maybe you can try redrawing them? either draw them on grid paper, or make your own grids!
