(before anyone says "you should use other sites" this is the only place I can ask about this sort of thing since I'm basically alone at this point) TW: BPD/anger issues

So basically recently my best friend/lover?? (idek what we are atp) and my friend has been more distant from me since Monday and they both ended up leaving me 4 different times during PE and my best friend/lover came up to me at the end and asked if I was ok even though they literally didn't respond to anything I said and just flat out walked away with my other friend and so I just flatly responded with "fuck you" because obviously I was upset but that might also be my BPD idrk but now I kinda regret it and I know it was probably unfair for me to do but I just idk what to do and I hate the fact I get so emotional and cant control my feelings/what I do and my other friend litterly tried to pretend like none of that happened and posted in our vent chat on discord on how much they get ignored by everyone when they litterly walk away from me at the sight of my bestfriend but when their not around my friend is basically all over me and its annoying ash. honestly bro what should i do i'm so torn up about this
