Anyway, right now go with a good self care routine. I know everybody says keep hydrated but it can make an amazing difference. Regular sleep routine (I am lousy at this), Exercise if you can. Keep your brain and hands busy. When eating is hard, do a gl*** of milk or those bottled grampa shakes or soup - whatever takes no effort but will get some nutrition in there. Learn something new like drawing or making little mascot dolls.

Some days will be better than others, but that doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.
