Im curious what made you guys inspired to make kandi thingz? or even change your Aesthetic to have more of a 2000'z look?

personally started making kandi one day cuz i was really bored then grew more into doing it after a few weeks, and then started investing more on a 2000 scene kid look, cuz it seemed fun. Is that a lot of your guyz experience, or do you have a different reason, if there even is a reason

I got a bead set and thought "omg wait what should I make?" and then looked up sum tutorials and then found out what Kandi waz and started making it :33

I was gifted an Amazon giftcard for my birthday in 9th grade and bought my first box of beads with it... I wanted something fun to do. It was right around pride month too, so I started off making pride cuffs. I was very apprehensive towards being openly queer for a plethora of reasons I won't get into, but I also felt great having an outlet to express my identity in making those cuffs. Most haven't survived unfortunately, since the thread I used was crappy and dry-rotted.

i was introduced to it by my friend Axie/Kaitlyn that's also on this site, she's the 1 that made me wanna start making my own things lol

a cupl yearz ago I saw thiz kid @ my youth group decked out in singlez and I thot it wuz SICKKKK they gave me a bracelet and here I am :3

az4 my current look I started with a goth and emo blend (a LONGGGG time ago when I wuz MUCHHH younger (talkin under 13, I wuz 8 :p my uncle was emo and I thot it wuz cool so I tried2 wear more black) (I grew up listening 2 The Cure when my mom played so...) (my fav song wuz Love Cats cuz I liked cats?) then moved2 grunge :/?, moved2 decora and J fashion, back to goth, and now ima scene, emo, goth, decora blendy blend but mostly scenemo /pos
