something ive been seeing alot on the site [and on internet in general]??

probably going to get bashed for this so bad, but please bear with me <333 i dont mean to be rude, its just an observation and im genuinely curious as to like why ppl do this?

theres just a lot of like.. unnecessary arguing between people who like a certain thing/are a certain way and ppl who disagree. some things i can agree with, like not using trigger/content warnings for every little thing, limiting necroposting, or providing translations when it comes to typing quirks.

but theres just some ppl here [and this is probably the internet in general loll] that just cant seem to let some smaller things slide, such as people liking certain shows, music, etc. and then people who cant stand people from a certain subculture, people with different gender identities or ppl with certain mental ailments.

i dont get whats so hard in just respecting that people are different from you?? as long as its not hurting you and its not hurting others, just because someone is different doesnt mean u should immediately jump and attack them for liking something harmless or shame them for things they cannot change about themselves :C

yeah thanks for reading this lolz not sure how ppl will react to this :')5148b8c88b824_sleeping.gif

Yeah, sometimes I really wish there was places exclusively for older kandi lovers that aren't over-run with people faking their age to get in. The truth is that we all experiment with different beliefs when we first start to discover who we are, and that's okay! But what's not okay is shoving it in people's faces and demanding people comply with it. Hate to say it but people are so nice on this site (that's a good thing, #plur) compared to the rest of the world in regards to things like identity and trauma but a lot of the times it goes too far. tongue Always love and cherish yourself first, but remember that other people are not living for you.

PREACH!! I think we all need to embody PLUR a little bit more. For those who don’t know, that is Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. It’s a big part of rave culture, which is where kandi was birthed. The world needs more uplifting :^)

yeah i know what you mean, many peoples first reaction online is just to be angry and say everything thats on their minds. i think its because sometimes people forget usernames have real people behind them. its easier to cuss out randomuser123 than if you where face to face with someone. people also have a tendency to not do there own research on things and just believe the illusion they came to inside there heads from false information.
