I just noticed a bunch on anti proship. personally I don't care as long as the people aren't real or to problematic (harmful behavior) My ideology is always if it isn't hurting anyone I don't care.

Hello I am a trans binary man! I do consider myself a medicalist but it never really gets in the way on relationships for me and I am generally accepting of all people (unless you are being harmful!) feel free to DM i don't care how anyone identifies as long as you respect my identity

I never see any sort of encouragement to get help and dont act on those urges but I also like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I believe you.

Also, when I say "encourage making more of that content" I dont mean a bunch of people pressuring someone to make more than they want to. I mean people praising that art and asking for more. If that content creator is already in an unstable state of mind,which they are, they are gonna see this praise and make more content to receive more praise within the safety of the ecochamber. They want people to agree with them and tell them there is nothing wrong with them and that they should continue with that sick way of thinking
Let me ask you a question, why on earth are you comparing this to people pressuring an artist to make cutesy art when they aren't interested????

but yeah i'll clarify no prob!!

So what I meant by my first point is that, lets say, there is a hypothetical person who makes content of whatever gross para alright? If they get themselves in an ecochamber of some sort, people in that ecochamber are gonna encourage more of that content being made.
As for my second point, people outside of the ecochamber are gonna see that content and tell em KYS or things like that. The ecochamber is gonna see said comments being made and they are gonna use is as ammunition to protect themselves. sorry I probably should have expanded on that point the first time w04

Anyway, back to you. I am mildly annoyed you have the gall to compare para with things like SH/S and drug abuse, and I will tell ya why
When it comes to vent content surrounding topics like that, at least there is a sense of community that is willing to help one another out. You can go under any vent piece and see people in the comments telling the content creator positive things like "its gonna get better" "hang in there" and nice things like that I should know.And no, no one is getting PraiSeD for it, I have no idea where the hell you got that but moving on.With para content, there is no real community that is willing help one another out. They indulge in there dangerous behavior, thoughts, they downplay and straight up defend their para, and no one around that space is gonna take a look in the mirror and say "I need to change" They wont. Not without help
