what is a time where someone accidently validated your gender/pronouns?

im just curious if others have experienced this also lol

this is the one time it happened to me-

once a few weeks ago this one girl who is kinda an ass bumped into me then ran up to her boyfriend saying "it touched me!" but like no one uses it/its pronouns for me so i was really happy lmao

edit: the wholesomeness of these stories- i love 513b39526713b_happy.gif

they thought i was cis when i asked if 5'5 was short

they said "I see you're a guy, you'll probably grow more throughout your teen years" or something like that

one time before i actually realized i was trans i was in a chick-fil-a (ew) in a big hoodie and when i got my food they were like "have a good day sir"

when my ex-friend used it/its pronouns trying to offend me (they're lgbtq+ too so idk how they thought it/its wasn't grammatically correct or was invalid or whatever shrug) but it only validated me thumbsup

I was at a child's birthday party once and a little boy came up to me and asked me what gender I was, but since I'm closeted I had to say I was a girl crying

He said I looked like a boy, so I played it off kinda like "oh yeah a lot of people think I'm a boy" and he goes "I think you're a boy too" LIKE????????

I was at a friend's neighbourhood and me and my brothers saw cats. I went to ask the lady if we could pet them and she said no. I went to tell my brothers and they thought I was joking until the lady came up behind us and said "No, he isn't lying"

i was so happy after that-
