What was the first video game you ever played?

Mine personally was Wii Sports back in 2011 at a cousins house. Side note: god I miss the Wii more than you could ever know, not the Wii U though. We don't talk about him here, banished to the shadow realm where it belongs. 513b55c6ed155_kao_shocked.gif

if i had to guess, something on the v-smile v-motion. looking it up unlocked a really hazy memory about a game on that which was a sliding puzzle with penguins...? could just be misremembering with the board game, penguins on ice, though. (edit: looking further, its ice escape for the mobigo, innotab, and kidibuzz. no idea which i had, but i definitely played this game.)

first i remember clearer is either moshi monsters or pokemon firered. (brother's cartridge, he gave me his gameboy advance so i would leave him alone. i have no idea when this was but i couldn't be any older than 5.)

Space Invaders for DOS was the first game I ever saw, but I was very young then (about 4-5) and didn't really get it. I think I was just hitting keys. The first game I actually played to a reasonable degree was either Duck Tales or Tetris for the original Game Boy, because I was given both of those along with the Game Boy in the early/mid 90s.
