But what makes you happy stim, personally for me I have a select few so

-the fnaf sb daycare theme

-my really fluffy Care Bears stuffies for some reason a big stim when I’m holding the stuffies is to hug them rlly rlly tightly for like a minute lmao

-that one sound affect that goes boing-g-g I love it sm

-also ofc watching my fav/comfort movies or seeing a character I rlly like

Whenever I see Tweek in the bg of a sp episode I happy stim so frickin hard, i love that funky little guy

- my boyfriends entire existence ( thinking about him makes me so happy aaa-)

- Tweek from Southpark, Big comfort character

- carebears

- stuffed animals

- watching shows that make me happy

- being able to talk about hyperfixations/special interests (Fnaf;SB rn Aaaa-- it is all I can think about when im not activily focusing on something- I still find myself thinking about Sun and Moon)

- seeing close friends and being able to hang out with them

This is all I can think of, Im constantly stimming even without reason though, I get understimulated very easily /hj
