But what makes you happy stim, personally for me I have a select few so

-the fnaf sb daycare theme

-my really fluffy Care Bears stuffies for some reason a big stim when I’m holding the stuffies is to hug them rlly rlly tightly for like a minute lmao

-that one sound affect that goes boing-g-g I love it sm

-also ofc watching my fav/comfort movies or seeing a character I rlly like

music is a MAJOR stim-causing thing for me. i listen to a lot of music (probably more than the average person; at just about any given moment i have headphones on or i'm streaming spotify), and whenever i watch a music video or even just hear a song that i've never heard before that i REALLY REALLY love i'll stim a lot !!

another thing that causes stimming for me is just being bored. if i'm bored i'll usually grab my mini pop-it and watch tv or even when i'm reading !!!

some random stuff that makes me stim is Care Bears, childish songs, seeing loved ones, and fluffy moments in shows, books or fics >u

@CoNN13Killz: i reference that one kid with the lego Batman shorts singing the living tombstone fnaf song a lot. And then there’s “GRRR” whenever something inconvenient happens

i rarely stim, but when i do it tends to be flapping my hands, knocking on something (usually my knee or my other arm or smth), n sometimes ill start randomly singing or repeating a rhyme and it rlly helps me focus

but i wanna share some of my silly tics

biting stuff randomly, usually my hand, hitting myself (ouchie), a lot of funny words like "buggy bugs" "woooooo" "MILK" n "boo bees" (yes i literally say it like that)
