MLP Gen 5 Opinions?

So I am autistic and my special interest is My Little Pony, specifically the 4th generation (though I do collect another gens as well). I know that it's a tradition and all to make a new gen every decade or so but I can't help but be disappointed with the new generation Make Your Mark. It seems that they lowered their target audience age even more and the designs of the characters, setting, colors, plotlines and everything just seems so unappealing honestly. As it's my spin, I am really sad about the future of MLP. But I want to know others' opinions. 513b55c71219e_kao_cry.gif

i agree, I don’t like the generation 5 of mlp, in fact I kinda hate it because it’s so unappealing An I think it sucks and gen 4 is the best, way cooler by 1000000%, So I agree with u. thumbsup

i feel like the characters look too simple...they look like an oc id make in ms paint at age 7 .....

Friendship is magic was by far one of the better gens- the new one sucks and it honestly brings a bad vibe to the whole thing-

I actually really really like gen5, but really only the movie. I absolutely agree with the fact gen5 doesn't seem to hold a candle to gen4, and there's a lot of stuff that just doesn't sit well with me. I haven't really watched the show, probably because only watching the movie maybe makes it better because I have to fill in some gaps myself??? Idk what im talking about, but even though im a fan of g5, yeah, it's disappointing, trying to cater to even younger children :/ but I do love the mane 5 + sprout (omg i actually love how he doesn't just give up his ways at the end of the movie- finally one trope in kids films not used \0.0/)
