@PuppyPawz: i agree it is not usually used in a rude way anymore its usually used describing ppls selves personally

it has a lot of sexual background and a lot of young queer people are starting to use it without knowing about the background and i think that's not very good. but a lot of people aren't aware of the meaning and origin and just uses it as a word for a feminine guy

I never really thought about this- You did make a good point. I use to use the term for myself 'Femboy' but I better rethink it now- kao blank

i think its a slur against transfem people so you shouldnt say it if youre transmasc.

a lot of feminine amab people (cis or not) like using the word for themselves as it had similar meaning to the likes of s*ssy, these words are suspicious to hear from most cisgender people but some people like to reclaim it. transmasculine people do the same thing with c*ntboy. at the end of the day, it's a word to describe gender expression.

note: there's disagreement on whether it should be used by afab people because up until recently it meant a feminine amab person, but i'm transmasc myself so it's not my argument to make.

Honestly I think it's just a term for a fem guy. but like. society uses it sometimes a joke/s3xual way (Femboy Hooters) but then some people use it in a negative way? its a confusing word but some people like being called it so good for them. /nm

But like being a trans man and trying to just wear a skirt is just scared Some days i am fem and wear a skirt but I just wanna be called a guy in a skirt like-

and uh did some digging and Femboy is only seemingly offensive to trans women cuz yk yk. /info /gen -Anubis
