by stale i mean coming of age stories where they realize theyre trans and come out and put their long hair in a beanie. so boring omg. like i literally watched big mouth for the trans representation513b39525823e_crying.gif. i read the boyfriends webtoon for the trans representation 513b39527b090_scared.gif. someone please tell me anything better before i start drowning in cringe and the same copy and paste plot

My brother recommended Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas. Trans Latinx and MLM content all wrapped into one. Plus it's not *spicy* at all so a good read for public. I haven't read it yet but he wholeheartedly recommends it. Good luck on your search happy

I enjoyed Look Past by Eric Devine
definitely look up a trigger warning list if you're sensitive though, i'd give a content warning but it's been a bit since i've read it. (it's written by a cis guy, but surprsingly isn't terrible. there are a few lines where it's glaringly obvious though)
