pls help i got braces recently and my sensory issues are fucking me up SOBADHELP

okay um,,, its been a while since i got my braces on, and i dont even have them on anymore, but for me it helped to run my finger across my braces until i could handle it. it also helped to keep other stuff in my mouth so that i didn't focus on the feeling of the braces and instead was all like "ah yes, rubber straws"
