Any advise for braces?

I got my braces adjusted yesterday, and I have a band concert tomorrow, any body got any tips to get rib of the paaiiinnn

your best bet is soft foods and a lot of Tylenol. I hope you feel better soon

Oragel will numb it for a bit, you can get a equate version at Walmart for relatively cheap. Ibuprofen and Tylenol work aswell

I have no idea what instrument you play but if ur a clarinet or saxophone, be a little lighter when "biting" ur mouthpiece.

this is terrible advice, and will make your orthodontist hate me, but if you use your fingernail to open the brackets on just a few of the teeth it'll help it feel less tense.
it helps me after i get switched to a bigger wire, just be sure that if you do take my terrible advice you don't forget to close the brackets later.
