im getting a hamster !!! pls help!!

okay so let me know if i need to improve anything on care for my future little dude!!

i have a 100 qt tub im using as place for him to live, along with a mesh lid!

it has 2 levels, the bottom is where his food and water are, along with a hide and toys! the second level has more hides and toys as well as some obby course type play things !!

the food is a homemade mix of pellets (i had my cousin who has 5 hamsters and knows alot about the help me make them !!), seeds, freeze dried fruits and regular wet fruits, and veggies!!

is that good or should i improve anything??

sunflower seeds are pretty fattening to hamsters so if you dont want them to get super chunky dont give them a bunch of sunflower seeds

(also i love hamsters i have one named tsunami and shes so adorable eeee)

never ever use a hamster wheel made out of wire! ive never owned a hamster but ive heard it can hurt their paws

If you hear noises at night its all good their not dying! They sometimes do this with their wheel, playing, or eating. Or they do it because they are unfamiliar with their new home.
