designer not working?

I tried to use the design maker and it is just a gray page. Is it just mine or are other people having trouble seeing it too? 2.gif

Vicki, this might seem like a silly question but others have made this mistake before so I need to be sure: did you actually make a pattern by drawing/clicking, or did you just import an image onto the screen? The pattern designer doesn't generate patterns for you. You have to manually trace images yourself after importing them. To save a completed pattern to your computer, you have to click the floppy disk icon that says "save picture to file" when you hover over it. If you want to save it and edit it later, you will need to register for an account on here and then click the orange arrow icon. If you still can't get it to save your patterns, the device/browser you're using might be incompatible with the designer. It's hard to say.

Do you have Flash enabled on your browser? Are you using any script blocking plugins? I know other people are using it because they've been uploading patterns, so there must be something on your end that's preventing it from loading.

i get a gray page but it loads to the pattern mater. I dont know if you have tried again or not, but if its still not working, then try another web browser, or download the beadtool yourself so you can make your own personal patterns and just post pictures of the finished products later.
