Should I make an etsy? (pls help!!!!!!)

I really love making character-themed bracelets, flower crowns, needle-felted figures, etc. Should I start an Etsy? I wanna save up for a laptop so I can easily access my new art tablet but don't know how to set one up?? If someone could give me tips or help me figure out how to use Etsy that be great!!!

There is an app called sell on etsy, you make an etsy shop from there (can be mobile or desktop), I have done this before but you have to have at least one thing in your shop when you originally set it up. Ex: "U must have at least one item in your shop to open"
