idk if other people count this as a sad song, but little talks by of monsters and men has always hit me in the feels

bedroom community by glass beach is somewhat sad? it hits harder when ur trans (id imagine especially if ur transfem ). it kind of fits the vibe of both of the listed somgs 2. idk many sad songs tho!

juliet by cavetown makes me cry every time i listen to it lmao, same with his songs meteor shower and hazel .w. i dont listen to much music like this anymore but i still listen to cavetown!! lolz

if you like your city gave me asthma, I recommend the maybe I was boring EP, it’s really underrated and is also by Wilbur, I’ve cried to it before so 10/10, also Penelope Scott maybe? Her music has a somewhat similar vibe to freaks and jubilee line, but with more existential dread and anger, the front bottoms and murder person for hire are both folk punk so they might be in your alley + they both make sad music. I don’t listen to sad music as often anymore but hopefully this helps
