took one yesterday (first day was real bad) and its lasted through today

Take some painkillers and then take a nap with a heating pad. Works every time. It might be kind of hard to sleep though. Also if you don't have a heating pad heat up a wet towel in the microwave.

heat, from a pet if possible, also water water water. advil if u can, it'll make it pass quicker. sending hugs hugs and candies

make sure to drink a bunch of water- as someone who doesn't drink alot of it (i mean like,, less than a bottle a day,,), I chug a bunch of water when I have my period-- having a heating pad also helps ^^ make sure to take it easy and relax for a bit as well ^^
