How do I make a Kandi single so that beads don’t slide?

Hello !! So, I got the beads and string ready for my kandi,,,but there is something wrong,,,,,,

I made a Spunch Bop meme single and when I move the beads, it can slide from one end and the other. I don’t really know how to fix it, but I’m assuming that I put less beads than I should,,I did it so I could have and inch left to tie it off like a woman in a tutorial video said,,,,,

I want to make another Spunch Bop meme single, like maybe one of Patrice or Plang Tong, but before I do it, how do I fix this problem? Do I really need and inch to tie it off? How do I calculate how many beads I need to put on a single?

*Edit: I SAID HELL OH MY GO,,,,,

@sparklyicing: It doesn't really matter whether you measure or not. If it can hold the beads it's fine. You're tying it tight so it doesn't matter if you have 2 cm of extra string after typing it or 56 yards of extra string after tying it. If you're tying in a way where you don't have to cut off extra string after you've tied the knot it's probably not tied correctly. Maybe look up how to tie a square knot if that's the case.

@OLL1EK1TT3N: Wait, you don’t measure it? Do you at least wrap it around your wrist somehow

@demonrat: yeah, that should work !! I used about 30-32 beads !

put at least 28 on there, depending on your wrist size, thats what i use for me because i have small bony wrists

I use 32-34 beads and I tie using 3 square knots. If you are using elastic, 2 knots works. I never measure the string I use, I just make sure it can fit 32-34 beads. If you have a smaller wrist, 28-30 works, or 36 if you have a large wrist. I would recommend pulling tight so the beads connect after one square knot, and adding or subtracting until it fits right.

30 beads typically fit an average wrist, though some people's are smaller or bigger so you might need more or less, so you can try adjusting that number until something fits?
