I had a quick look at the patterns but it's hard when I'm not sure which ones you were comparing yours to. Your patterns might have been compared with earlier patterns rather than the ones you expect. Or it might just be because there's an element of moderator discretion involved; it's not automated. Moderators are glancing over them and approving based on both votes and what stands out and seems unique (although in your case they seem unique enough). Also, patterns aren't always approved in chronological order, although they have been recently because of how many we've been getting. Meaning, we might sometimes approve older patterns after newer ones.

I know it doesn't always seem fair and I'm sorry about that, but it's practically impossible to be fair because there are so many patterns on here it's hard to keep track of everything. We can't approve based on votes alone or we would end up with hundreds of duplicate patterns which would make it hard to find anything So we end up having to be selective/somewhat random instead.
