Y’all uhm I don’t know what to do with nosebleeds

I get nosebleeds a lot even if it isn’t dry outside and a lot of times for me it’s rlly bad sooooooooo how do y’all know how to stop ‘em?.?. I just sit there XP

i get those a lot because of a thing i was born with but usually i just pinch my nose with some toilet paper and sit and wait it out sometimes i watch videos to distract myself but i dont recommend looking up (because blood will go down your throat and hurt your stomach) but just looking straight works the best !! SORRY THIS SOUNDS SO GROSS AND POSSIBLY GRAPHIC idrk how to help
