I feel like an a-hole for this but it also feels kinda justified

so I got lipgloss from this very popular Etsy shop and it was a custom order and they messed it up. I want to return it and get the one that I ordered but like I feel mean about it. Like it messed me up, like ruined my day. I also got another one but I was really excited about the custom one yknow? And like, I’m not going to make them go bankrupt because of my $11 lipgloss getting remade. And like I should get what I payed for right? It was only the tube they messed up but it is very different from what I ordered. They also could’ve given me the wrong scent but that could just be me. But the scent smells like artificial grapes and I HATE that smell (and the taste of the edible stuff flavored that way). Should I ask them to make a new one and return the other
