3DS game recs?

I've been wanting to play some new games on my 3DS recently but wasn't sure what to play because there's so many games

If you have a favorite game (or two, or three... or four) let me know and I'll check it out!! I understand a decent amount of Japanese too so anything goes, really lol

(To give you an idea of what kind of games I like, here are my top five games for this year so far: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, Miitopia, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Mii Maker and Project Mirai DX)

mario kart. its great on 3ds

also, original DS games are back compatible with the 3ds so you can play any ds games too

@N1GHTFALL: It's like the best rhythm game ever. The music in it is so good that I put it in my playlists, the gameplay is simple but it can get real challenging at times, and omg the art style

(Note: I had a 2DS because the 3D made me go cross-eyed when I tried it in the store.) If you've never Pokemoned, the 3DS games are great, although the Wonder Trade function is no longer supported, along with the side games like Mystery Dungeon (you are a Pokemon and you go on rescue missions with your team) and Rumble World (battling wind-up toy Pokemon). I think they did Okami Den for DS (playable on 3DS) and it's an all-time fave. Spore Creatures for the DS is both criminally underrated and very, very cheap secondhand.
