so say there is someone who identified as non-binary and there is a guy who likes them but he's straight. would he still be straight or???

yep, enby generally means that theyre neither genders and regardless of their presentation, if they identify as such, they are neither gender

depends, if the non binary person is more on the feminine side then hes still straight, if they are on the masc side then hes omni/bi or smth, but if hes comfortable with being straight he can just stay straight ig :3
