I think we need more info. Is it too loose when you wear it? Does it come out saggy? Are you having probs with the beginning part of a peyote cuff?

You can pull the string taut, but not tight, during making it. You could use less beads around the wrist so that loose with less beads is equivalent to tighter with more beads.
