it’s definitely okay to do that:]
your health and safety goes first of course, so make sure that you’re not too warm because of your kandi(it can get really hot when you’re wearing kandi, especially kandi clothes) and drink lots of water kao yes

but if you’re wearing kandi that is important to you and you don’t want it to break, it’s probably best to just put it away while working out!

also, if you have any kandi clothes you then you shouldn’t wear them while working out! i sometimes run or do other work out stuff and wearing something that can make it more difficult to breathe is not good at all, so it’s best to just not wear (for example) a kandi shirt:] (same could go for any type of kandi that makes it difficult for your blood flow or breathing)

stay safekao happy

(coming from a fam who works outz everydayz + I walk and shitz 2) I wouldntz suggest wearing kandi when working out. You might possibly hurt yourself and or break your kandiz. Make sure not 2 cut your blood circulation an stuffz.

Probably, just make sure it isnt restricting movement of joints or blood flow (or keeping sweat trapped and overheating you). It might fall off or get damaged more easily though.

On another note- for exercise take it easy at first and take rest days if you're too sore. stretching also helps a bunch.
