I get mine from bead tin. I would only recommend getting it if you are already placing an order though, because shipping can be expensive. You get 65m for 4.99, which is almost 3x the amount of cord I can get from my local craft score for the same price. Amazon is also a good place to get it.

BeadTin (online only retailer, US based) has good cord, just be sure to get the proper size. its in the Accessories tab. Not sure if they have crystal stretch though!

@n0xyLL: Dollar Tree's is good too, especially if you like to use a needle. I double it for a lot of things, though, so I use it up quickly.

I usually get big spools of stretch cord from amazon, but there's some very nice quality stretch cord from Dollar General (at least where I'm from) for an alright price
