how can/what can i use to hang perlers on my wall (i cant use pins and tape hasn't worked

Will clips hold small pieces to garland strings, or will they warp the beads?

this tape is the one i recommend!! it doesnt show when its hung up

I have some thick double sided tape/double sided adhesive that I use, if I can describe it, it's a bit like tape, but foam, and has adhesive stuff on both sides :p
