idk I just felt like sharing, since I cant get any gender affirming care this is the closest I will be to euphoria until next year when I'm actually in charge of my own life. I think it looks nice, if you're planning on getting a piercing please makse sure to clean it properly and go to a professional. (even though I did it on my own lol)

I have had a septum for a while and got mine done twice in my life. Fair warning. It's painful during the winter at first. It stings in the cold

@BunnyBoyDeku: I'd recommend waiting a year or two (etc.) Make sure you actually want it, cause while the piercing itself isnt very painful (if its done prefessionally) cleanings can nudge the piercing, making it hurt a lot, infections are still a major threat and you should ,ake sure to clean your piercing 2-3x a day, but not to overclean it. Do not use isypropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for cleanings, instead use a saline or diltilled water and sea salt mix. If you really want a septum piercing, please also note that it will be very itcy after cleaning but DONT SCRATCH IT, its especially itchy and sensitive since its in the nose and it does tend to bother me often since I got it. if you need to touch your piercing, make sure to thourghly wash your hands before going anywhere near it, and spray some saline on your fingers for good measure. Make sure to get stainless steel jewlery, and to get the SAME GAGUE for each piercing respectively. (Using smaller gagues than your piercing isnt recommended, and trying to use bigger ones is painful) I have a 16g so I am stuck with 16g jewlery unless it is artifically expanded (Think earlobe expansions) sorry i ranted but It is important to know this if you plan on getting a piercing in the future.
