amount of beads in a single?

I've been making kandi singles of various sizes to give out at the pride festival i'm going to tomorrow, and i was wondering if ya'll have a set number of beads that you use while making singles or if you measure that shit by heart.

and if you do use a set number, what number?


i am a strong believer in not counting ever. my soul knows how many beads the bracelet needs, and that is enough.

30 is the most common amount i see!! (its also the amount around on an x base that's 10 x's wide) but its good ur making a variety bec 30 beads is def too small/large for some ppl!! i usually have to use about 24 for myself happy

for the plus sized people : 30 - 40

kinda in the middle sized people : 26 - 29

more on the thinner side : 22 - 25

small children : 10 - 18

i like to make sure i have a variety so that nobody feels left out or uncomfortable !!! happy

I use 27 because I have super small wrists, but I think 30-35 is a safe bet?

An adult would be 36-40 beads around.

When I was a tiny teen I had a wrist width was 32. My daughters who are 7 and 5 wear around 26-28

Doesn't have to be even. Even is just a good habit for cuff making and peyote in general

I would say make some from 20-33

Leave the string stretchy too

i'd say the average single size i use is around 24-26 beads, i give singles out to ppl sometimes when i go to the mall and never once have had it fit poorly on anyone (afaik anyways)
