have you been ironing your perlers on it because if thats what youve been doing then the board is trashed

if you havent then i have no idea

if you have though, please look up the tape method for perlers (simply use masking tape, put on the perlers and rub the back of the tape to make sure the perlers will stick, poke holes with a pencil so that it has ventilation, flip it over, and iron, remove the tape and iron the other side, be careful not to burn yourself)

thats cuz u were ironing the perler directly on the board!! its pretty unfixable

u should use the masking tape method for ironing perlers instead once u get new boards
