:33< yes. water technically makes other things wet so it has to be wet itself doesnt it!?! it also doesn't always do that depending on the surface??(hydrophobic water exists and it can't make someething wet so would it be considered dry water??) it basically has to be wet rightsick

my chem teacher told us that water molecule by itself isn’t wet but it’s never alone so yes It’s wet because it’s touching another water molecule

technically yes because if you define wet as something that has water in or on it, water would be wet bc each water molecule in like say a pool has another water molecule touching it so that would make it wet i gues...
