that even if something or someone is "problmatic" that its not bad to like them

now i dont mean Shane dawson or onision

i mean like jellybean or matpat or saying someone cant draw a way because in a past promlmatic thing were done with it

or this thing you enjoy was promblamatic or had someone problematic so you cant like it like let people who did nothing wrong enjoy stuff to and extend

no show/book/game/etc is truly 100% unproblematic (ESPECIALLY if it's from pre-late 2010's), unless its like. for literal toddlers. have you ever heard the phrase "nobody is perfect"? yeah. i think that should apply to media too.

ive been holding back this opinion for a while, but there. i said it.

no diversity is better than badly executed diversity. i think raya and the last dragon is a good example of this. i feel that the film didnt illustrate asian culture well. i think that they should've, a) researched asian culture more thoroughly, b) put more asians on the team, or c) have the story based in a eurocentric area. i didn't appreciate the queercoding, either. (this coming from a queer asian)
