This entire thread post will be out of character (Except for the end). Will the replies be? Idk- But this thread is the person behind Drip-E talking, not Drip-E. (Again, except for the end-)

Hai, guys! So as most of you know, Drip-E is a troll account made by XxJustJoking8P and a friend (Won't mention them here to avoid them getting muddled up into this drama). This is Joking typing this! I've noticed that there have been a few critiques and legitimate concerns about our joke, so I'll be addressing them in this thread! :3

First, I'd like to start with the purpose of Drip-E
I've seen people describe Drip-E as "encouraging bullying" and I have to say I'm very sorry that she came across as that! I hate bullying, it is against my religion and all I stand for. Yes, I have said in the past that I believe you are allowed to find things cringey and poke fun at them but when I say that I mean on your own platform. Going and harassing or bullying people is never ok imo. That being said, neither me nor my friend were trying to promote that with Drip-E. Drip-E was supposed to be a hinted troll centered around something plenty of people on this site can't stand. I saw how Rin's possible trollness was ambiguous and thought "What if there was one that was an ACTUAL troll to make fun of?". Something like SoapOpera46, never explicitly said to be a troll but it's heavily implied. The best way to describe it was that Drip-E wasn't something to laugh at, she was something to laugh with. I am really sorry if "Bullying is cool!" is the message you got, I can assure you, that is not what I wanted to promote in the slightest, I merely wanted to bring laughter on another Sunday morning. Either way, I apologize if that's the vibe you got.

Next, I saw people mention the lack of tone tags which I'd also like to apologize for but also explain my lack of them. Like someone said, trolls are meant to seem serious whilst it being somewhat clear they're trolling. I felt that tone tags would make it less of a troll and more so just a clear mocking. The whole essence of trolling is the fact that you don't disclose openly that you are a troll. That being said, I would still understand the point that some people didn't understand that it was a troll and therefore it was insensitive to troll without openly disclosing if it weren't for the fact that when I saw someone seemed legitimately confused and convinced that Drip-E was a real kid, I DMed them that I was joking. Yes, I didn't get to everyone, and I'm sorry for that, truly. But I feel it a bit unfair to claim that I have zero regard for those who didn't understand the troll. As I've said in DMs with people, each Drip-E thread/comment was supposed to add more and more hints that she was a troll ("TO KANDIPATTERNS.COM" was supposed to be the ultimate "Guys, I'm joking" but ya I can't rlly use that since the thread where I post that got nuked). So, yes, I will fully accept the critique that I didn't do enough, but I feel it unfair to claim that I did nothing. Which you'd probably say "But how could anyone have known you DMed people that you were joking?" which is a good question! In the same thread where people made the critiques, Lord_Cookie and YUM_CYANIDE both disclosed that they got DMs from JustJoking that she was... Well, just joking- The critiques happened AFTER they said "We got DMs" soooo-

And finally, one particular critique I saw that I thought needed to be addressed, the fact that Drip-E considered herself "The Real Ibuki Mioda".
The person mentioned that this was a serious thing to joke about, and for a bit, I didn't understand what they were talking about, but after a bit of thinking I *think* they believe I was trying to imply Drip-E is an otherkin?
Although I do not believe in or support otherkin due to religious reasons, due to even MORE religious reasons, I do not aim to offend. There's a reason why I chose a "scenecore" troll, cause we can all agree we hate that shiz! I'm aware of my audience and I'm aware a joke like that would offend people and just would fall flat as a troll cause it wouldn't even be humorous to my audience, so I 100% did not intend for that to be the meaning of Drip-E claiming she was Ibuki. In reality, it was just a simple "I'm sooo like this character I practically AM them! >: D" type thing. Drip-E wasn't implying she was otherkin, she was just saying she was "Exactly like Ibuki". Which I'll hand her this... She's loud like her XDD

I was quite spooped by seeing so many people be upset by my troll and again, I'm sorry. The intent was to bring laughter, not offense or anger. No matter the intent, I am truly sorry that those weren't the vibes people got. As I've said before, I'm rlly bad at explaining my thoughts so I'm sorry if this apology missed things, didn't sound sincere enough, or had a "Sorry not sorry" vibe. I hope this apology properly addressed people's concerns and that I have consoled some people's grievances with me and my friend's joke.

Finally, to lighten stuff up, allow me to get back in character and end with Drip-E! Warning, Caps!
